I love sharing big and small steps of our journey which on our SailingYogaFamily.com blog started when we cut the lines in 2013 to cruise the Med with our then two little boys and our Moody 425 Sailing Yacht 'Happy Dancer'. In 2016 we returned to Sydney for the birth of our third child and in 2018 we moved to the Narara Eco Village on the Central Coast (NSW, Australia). Here we still go weekend sailing, run yoga retreats, laugh, write and snap photos, all the while designing and building an off-grid top sustainable home for ourselves to reset and reground between adventures around the world, at sea and on land. Nothing is permanent. Change is the only constant.
