The spirit - and scent - of cacao is following us as we learn more and more about this powerful medicine.
Write your sorrows in sand and your blessings in stone.
Have you taken the time for any self-care today yet? You are your own best friend, mother, father, guide and healer! Love & look after this amazing person!

Medellín’s water museum told us a lot more than just about our usual backyard, it took us back to the supposed origin of the earth; explored the doubts and possibilities of science; and once more showed us how atypical our life - including our average water consumption and understanding of origin of daily stuff - has become.
For next time you find yourself in a dark space thinking you ‘should’ have gotten your act together…
#yoga in whatever form
Will you join us in Guatemala this June?
Two days of science exploration with the cubs has been nothing but fun 🤩 Chapeau to Medellin’s #planetariomedellin and #parqueexplora - great for adults and kids to learn in a fun and applied way 🙏🏽
Animo hoy!

Travelling Yogini. Passionate Tantrica. Free spirit. Avid sailor. Mother of three. Ayurvedic practitioner. Reiki Healer. Yin and vinyasa yoga teacher trainer. Acro yoga lover. Experienced doula. Sustainability dudess. Lunatic dancer. Tarot card reader. Passionate writer... I love connecting with Pachamama and her different peoples - preferrably the non-judgemental ones. After a nomadic youth growing up around the globe and an unlikely latino wedding, this blog was conceived in Sydney, alongside with my second son. A few weeks later we quit everything that most would label 'valuable' to buy a boat and sail the Mediterranean Sea for three years. For ecstatic child birth #3 we went back home to Australia, explored community life and deepened our indigenous understanding, bushtucker knowhow plus permaculture ways... After several weeks in the magical red outback in early 2021 the winds of change called us back to sea. Ever since, we've been sailing the Caribbean on our Moody 44. We always love to connect, so from wherever on this beautiful planet you are reading this, never hesitate to leave a comment or shoot us a line. Namaste - Soul Greetings. We are all one.
