The story of the Mexican fisherman

There’s not much that beats sunsets 🌅 at sea…
Exchanging internet for fresh coconuts so these super sweet Colombian navy dudes could check in with their loved ones for the first time in weeks… that’s what our stopover one one of the most remote Caribbean mini islands has looked like 🥰 On to Cayman’s today. 15 knots on our starboard aft beam. Slicing along at 7 knots. Making banana smoothie and sourdough. Life’s sweet (and could do with a bit more sleep 😴).
‘T was time! Farewell Panama 🇵🇦 Thanks for the stopover San Andres, Colombia 🇨🇴 now looking forward to wherever the wind takes us next 🥰 Cayman Islands looking likely. Any tips welcome 🙏🏽
Fixing the radar half way up the mast in the middle of nowhere with one of my cubs.
What does FREEDOM mean for you?
Back at sea 🌊 Feeling at home. First 50nm of our 950nm journey from Panama 🇵🇦 to Guatemala 🇬🇹 ticked off - 98% sailing ⛵️
I can never get enough of that magical sunrise energy, filled with innocence for a new day, and hope for new beginnings.
There is an aliveness flowing through me these days… an awakening of the great goddess power that makes me fall in love with anyone willing to open their soul even just a little crack 💥
This is just around the corner from where we’ll be holding our 3-weeks Yoga Teacher Training this September…
Morning #yoga practice on the rocks 🪨

Travelling Yogini. Passionate Tantrica. Free spirit. Avid sailor. Mother of three. Ayurvedic practitioner. Reiki Healer. Yin and vinyasa yoga teacher trainer. Acro yoga lover. Experienced doula. Sustainability dudess. Lunatic dancer. Tarot card reader. Passionate writer... I love connecting with Pachamama and her different peoples - preferrably the non-judgemental ones. After a nomadic youth growing up around the globe and an unlikely latino wedding, this blog was conceived in Sydney, alongside with my second son. A few weeks later we quit everything that most would label 'valuable' to buy a boat and sail the Mediterranean Sea for three years. For ecstatic child birth #3 we went back home to Australia, explored community life and deepened our indigenous understanding, bushtucker knowhow plus permaculture ways... After several weeks in the magical red outback in early 2021 the winds of change called us back to sea. Ever since, we've been sailing the Caribbean on our Moody 44. We always love to connect, so from wherever on this beautiful planet you are reading this, never hesitate to leave a comment or shoot us a line. Namaste - Soul Greetings. We are all one.
